HINT OF THE MONTH

On Vice City, if you drive to Vice Beach, find a Bike or a Superbike and drive down the main road there till you see one of those step thing that they have over the road. Drive your bike up it and you will notice it goes over water. When you get over the other side, it is an enterance to an army base. Get off your bike an push it into the enterance of the base then blow it up. Stay back. The Soldiers are your enemies. Some will come to check it out. Kill them. Then run south and go right behind the barracks building. Run to the other end of the building and if you go up, you will find some men. You can use the building for cover. When they are dead, run north and you have found a tank kill frenzy.
